Classes

Rochester Parkour is not currently offering any classes, but we are holding several free jams a week. Check out our “Training Sessions” section for more information.

Past workshops:

April 3rd, 2010. 2:30 PM - Location: Manhattan Square Park. “Leave No Trace” Clean-up Initiative. Result: Amazingly successful! 35 attendees and 70 bags of trash picked up! Read all about it here! 

September 13th, 2009. 1:00 PM - Location: Strong National Museum of Play. Series of workshops on movement games for children age 7 and younger.
Result: Over 50 kids came through our workshops. They ran through obstacle courses, played QM tag, and laughed a lot!

March 28th, 2009. 2:30 PM - Location: Manhattan Square Park. 2 hour “Beginner’s Parkour” workshop.
Result: Massively successful! Over 100 people came and participated! Read all about it!

December 6th, 2008. 2:30 PM - Location: Manhattan Square Park. “Leave No Trace” Clean-up Initiative and then 90 minute “Beginning Parkour” workshop. Result: Massively successful! 35 attendees and 21 bags of trash picked up! Read all about it here!
