So I've been practicing Safety Vaults, Rolls, and Wall Runs.
With Safety Vaults, I use my left hand, and after doing a bunch of them, my left wrist started to hurt every time I did it, which makes me think I'm doing it wrong.
With Rolls, my left foot (ankle specifically I believe) hurt every time I came out of my roll, so again, I think I'm doing it wrong.
With the Wall Climb/Run, it's a lot harder to do than any tutorial videos made it look haha. Once in a while I get really great height, but a lot of times I don't get the height I want. I know this because I remembered my peak height, so that's what I strive for, and I can only get it maybe 1/5 times.
