I just started teaching a session at our gym from 8-10 on Wednesdays. It should be a lot of fun. It is all about moving in wonderful ways in your environment.
The session counts as open gym for pricing, but if you have a monthly membership, you are all covered.
So what is flow? Many traceurs practice one movement at a time, such as a dash vaults, rolls, and wall-climbs...but when you string them together, flow is the subtle transitions, the power, and the grace which sets apart good traceurs from mediocre ones. We will be exploring techniques, watching clips, practicing drills, and discovering each one's own unique style and preferences of parkour.
Tomorrow will be the second time the session will run. Also, I'm sorry...I should have posted this a while ago to give you all a heads up.
