Class Options

Skill Classes

Adult Level 1 & 2

These classes focus on skill acquisition. Every class focuses on a new technique and our instructors will break down the complex mechanics into easy drills that students train, ultimately blending them together to become amazing! Level 1 and Level 2 options available.

Movement Circuits

Suitable for all skill levels

Movement Circuits class is an incredibly versatile class, suitable for both beginners and more advanced movers, at the same time! Each class an instructor will craft a new movement line that they will demonstrate and teach, monkey-see-monkey-do style, to students. You don’t need to know any Parkour moves! The instructor will literally say, “put your hand here, put your foot there, now step through!” and before you know, you’re moving like a Parkour expert!

Acro Classes

Beginner and Intermediate Levels

Interested in learning how to safely perform acrobatic tricks? Acro Basics class lays the groundwork with beginner level mechanics and tricks that train your awareness and strength, while our Adult Acro class is for more intermediate level movers who want to take their skills into the air!

Strength & Calisthenics

Suitable for all skill levels

Lovingly called our “Get Strong!” class by the community, these classes are group fitness style classes where an instructor will craft unique workouts for each class. Weight training concepts are incorporated, but many of the exercises will be bodyweight based. Some workouts will be presented as a circuit, while others will be more traditional with sets and reps listed. This class is perfect for both beginners and advanced strength athletes.

Class Levels

RocPK does not restrict access to anyone for any of our Adult Program classes. Instead, we give these prompts to newcomers to help them know where they might fit best:

Level 1 classes will ALWAYS tailor its curriculum down to meet the skill level requirements of any student.

Level 2 classes will NEVER tailor its curriculum down for anyone who does not meet or exceed our Level 2 Physical Recommendations, listed below.

Students looking for a faster paced learning environment are welcome to attend our Level 2 classes, even if they don’t meet the recommendations, so long as they know to expect to be told by the instructor that they will stop at any given progression for the technique being learned or the drill being run that day. Our goal is always on the safety of our students, even if it isn’t for you, and you may be asked to sit out for parts of a Level 2 class, should your abilities not meet our baseline expectations.
