Kids Program Ages 6 to 9
My three kids have been in several classes: Tiny Movers, Kids 1 and 2, and Youth 1 and 2 classes. The instructors are great at encouraging safe movement and recognize when a child is ready to try more challenging moves and obstacles. These parkour classes have been amazing for building strength and confidence!

Level 1
Suitable for all skill levels and beginnersEveryone starts in a Level 1 class, for at least one class. From there, an instructor will let you know if they think your child should be put into our more advanced Level 2 class.
Level 2
for more advanced kidsLevel 2 requires students meet our physical and behavioral limits. Students in this class can hang from a bar for 30 seconds, hold a straight arm plank for 30 seconds, broad jump their height, and balance on a rail for 10 seconds without falling.
