Level 1
Suitable for all skill levels and beginnersEveryone starts in a Level 1 class, for at least one class. From there, an instructor will let you know if they think your teen should be put into our more advanced Level 2 class.
Level 2
for more advanced teensLevel 2 requires students meet our physical and behavioral limits. Students in this class can perform 5 full push ups, 1 full chin up, a hip height box jump, can touch their toes with straight legs, and have successfully balanced across our 12ft balance board.
