30-Day Good-Fit Guarantee

Try a membership for 30 days. If you do not feel it added real value to your life, tell us by Day 30 and we will refund your first month’s membership fee. No contracts. No tricks. We simply ask that you give it a fair try.

Who is eligible

• First-time members only, one refund per person

• Applies to Flow, Momentum, and Family memberships

• Camps, private lessons, special events, and merchandise are not included

What counts as a fair try

• Coached class visits only. Open gym, events, camps, and privates do not count.

• Visit minimums in the first 30 days:

  • Flow: 4 coached classes

  • Momentum: 8 coached classes

  • Family: 8 coached classes per person requesting a refund

What is refunded

• We refund the first month’s membership fee for the plan you chose

  • Flow: refund the month’s fee

  • Momentum: refund the month’s fee

  • Family: refund the portion for the person who opts out and adjust the household plan going forward

Class credits and packs

• Bonus sign-up credits: if offered, any used credits are yours to keep. Any unused bonus credits are removed at refund.

• Paid class packs: these are separate from membership

  • Any unused paid credits remain on your account with the same original expiration

  • Partially used packs are not refundable, but you keep the unused balance through its expiration

How to claim

• Email us within 30 days of your start date

• Include your name, the membership you tried, and a brief note on why it was not a fit

• If you met the visit minimum, we cancel the membership, process the refund for the membership fee, and remove any unused bonus credits

Clear exclusions

• Camps, private lessons, special events, merchandise, and open gym fees are not covered by this guarantee

• The guarantee covers the first month only and may be used once per person

Example: Momentum + 20-pack

• You join Momentum for $90 and buy a 20-class pack for $140

• We may add bonus sign-up credits in your first month

• You attend 8 coached classes in 30 days

• You decide membership is not for you

  • We refund the $90 Momentum fee

  • Any unused paid class credits from your 20-pack remain on your account and keep their original 365-day expiration

  • Any unused bonus sign-up credits are removed

Families

• Each person may use the guarantee once

• If one person in a Family plan opts out, we refund that person’s portion and adjust the plan with no penalty

• Shared paid packs remain and can still be used by authorized family members until expiration

Why we offer this

We want you to feel confident starting something new. The guarantee makes your first month risk-free while encouraging a real try in coached classes with our community and coaches. If it is not a fit, you get your membership fee back and you can still use any remaining paid class credits over the year.
