The Teen class is designed for ages 13-17. Students learn and expand on basic skills while also learning more about dynamism and movement through space.

Classes revolve around skill acquisition, while also centering on the importance of conditioning and strength.

Students learn how to balance, surpass walls, swing, jump, and dive through obstacles and environments. They get a phenomenal workout while having tons of fun!



Classes run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6-7pm
