Kieran's Tic-tac

Rochester Parkour believes in guided creativity. What does this mean? It means that we cannot teach you creativity, only guide you to it. We believe our style of teaching produces the best results, but we understand that it can be confusing your first day. To help this, we are now offering you the option of scheduling an Introductory Session.

An Introductory Session is a one on one private lesson that will last an hour to an hour and a half that will guide you through the basic movements of parkour and help get you self-sufficient enough to then go about and explore movement through your own means.

Introductory Session

Format: One on One
Duration: 1 hour to 1.5 hours
Price: $35

Hey Christler! Thanks for checking out the website. “Good” is a relative term. As long as you’re having fun and continuously growing you are excelling at parkour! Are you in the Rochester area or from somewhere else? If you’re around the region, you should come out to the gym!

We’re in the Lincoln Business and Sports Park at 121 Lincoln Avenue, Rochester, NY 14611. Parkour is really creative and disciplined play, and you can play anywhere. Be creative and I’m sure you’ll find something!
