Join RocPK at the Rochester Museum and Science Center!

Greetings all, Want to volunteer an hour or two this weekend to help out Rochester Parkour? Important Membership Update

Greetings members, In observance of the Holiday season, Rochester Parkour will be closed December 23rd to the 30th. To accommodate for the closing, members are being given a 1/2 off discount for January. Please see Charles next time you are in the gym for more information. Please enjoy the holidays and stay safe! Happy Thanksgiving to You and Yours

New York City – The Gym Park

Parkour is expanding and growing all the time and while physical spaces are difficult to come by, they too are becoming more popular. If you find yourself in NYC with some extra time, head on over to the Gym Park and join a session with some of NYC's finest traceurs. It appears to be all gymnastics equipment which makes for an incredibly fun and springy environment. Check out the video below! Great work guys!
