  • 6pm Level 2 Skill: Strides
  • 7pm Strength: x3, x4, x5 Round Dynamics Circuit
  • 8pm Mobility: Shoulder Openers
  • 11am Level 1 Skill: Creative Combos
  • 1pm Level 2 Skill: Acro Vaults
  • 1pm Level 1 Skill: Creative Courses
  • 2pm Strength: Low Intensity Volume Circuit
  • 3pm Mobility: Dynamic Stretches
